Five8Five Hosting - Knowledgebase - How do I tansfer my domain to Five8Five?

To move your domain to our servers, the following steps will have to be followed:

Please complete the "Transferdomain.pdf" document found in the Downloads section (http://www.five8five.com/account/downloads.php?action=displaycat&catid=2) and fax it through to your current host notifying them that you will be moving to Five8Five hosting. This will give them permission to accept the update ticket we'll be sending to the current host.
If you have existing email addresses you should provide us with the list so that we can create that on our servers before the mail records are pointed to Five8Five.
Your current site (Files) will also have to be uploaded to our servers before we point the domain name to Five8Five.
Please remember to confirm the date you want to switch completely over to Five8Five Hosting.
